Lift check valve: A valve that check valve slides along the center line of the valve body. Pipeline check valve is a new type of valve. It is small in size, light in weight and good in process ability.

Typically, lift check valves are automatic valves that open under the pressure of fluid in one direction and act to prevent flow when the fluid flows in the opposite direction. The valve flap of the lift check valve is on the sealing surface of the valve seat, and its valve can be automatically raised and lowered.

Lifting check valve: The check valve sliding along the vertical center line of the valve body. The internal thread check valve can only be installed on the horizontal pipe.

The working principle of the swing check valve is somewhat similar to the shut-off valve. The passage of the fluid through the lift check valve is also narrow, so the pressure through the lift check valve is larger than that of the swing check valve, and the swing is started. The flow rate of the check valve is limited.

Since the check valve is qualitatively determined for quick closing in most practical applications, the medium is directional in the moment the check valve is closed, and the medium rapidly drops from a large reverse speed as the valve flap closes.

The driving mode of swing check valve is automatic, the connection mode can be selected from flange, clip type, welding, thread, structure can be selected with swing type, sealing structure can be selected with PTFE, PPL, hard seal, pressure range PN10~ PN160, the nominal diameter is DN15-1200mm, the material can be selected from WCB, 304, 316, alloy steel and so on.
