When the valve is in the fully open or fully closed state, the valve seat on the upstream and downstream sides blocks the fluid, and the retentate in the valve body is discharged through the discharge valve.

Automatic pressure relief function: When the valve body cavity stays in the medium temperature and causes abnormal pressure rise, it does not need to pass the safety valve, but the valve seat function can automatically release pressure, which ensures the safety of the valve when conveying liquid medium.

3. Fire safety structure: The valves all have fire safety functions, and their design and manufacture follow the requirements of API 607 and API 6FA.

Second, the application advantages of trunnion mounted ball valves:

1. Sealed emergency grease injection: Due to the accidental failure of the valve seat seal due to foreign matter or fire in the medium, the grease injection valve provides a quick connection with the grease gun, and the inlet pump can inject the sealing grease into the sealing portion of the valve seat conveniently and quickly.

2. Reliable stem seal and low operating torque: In addition to the standard sealing ring, the O-ring is also installed on the packing gland. The double seal ensures the reliability of the stem seal; the added graphite packing and sealing grease Injection minimizes valve stem leakage after a fire. The stem sliding bearing and the thrust bearing make the valve easy to operate.

3, full bore or reduced bore: can be selected according to the need for full bore or reduced bore structure. The full-bore valve flow orifice diameter is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline to facilitate pipeline cleaning.

4, the valve stem can be lengthened: according to the needs of installation or operation, the valve stem can be lengthened. The extended rod ball valve is especially suitable for occasions where underground gas pipelines need to be buried. The length of the stem is determined according to customer needs.

5, flexible operation: the use of a small friction coefficient and good self-lubricating valve seat and stem bearings, greatly reducing the operating torque of the valve. Therefore, even in the case where the sealing grease is not provided, the valve can be operated flexibly and freely for a long period of time.
