The sealing performance is reliable: PTFE single material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, the spring end of the metal valve seat is provided with a spring to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force of the sealing ring. When the sealing surface of the valve is worn during use, under the action of the spring The valve continues to guarantee good sealing performance.

3. Fire proof structure: In order to prevent the occurrence of sudden heat or fire, the PTFE sealing ring is burned and a large leak occurs, which promotes the fire. A fire proof sealing ring is arranged between the ball and the valve seat. When the sealing ring is burnt, Under the action of the spring force, the seat ring is quickly pushed onto the ball to form a metal-to-metal seal, which has a certain degree of sealing effect. The fire test conforms to the APl6 FA and APl 607 standards.

4. Automatic pressure relief function: When the medium pressure stagnant in the valve cavity rises abnormally beyond the pre-force of the spring, the valve seat retreats out of the sphere to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief. After the pressure relief, the valve seat automatically recovers.

5. Drainage pipe: The drain hole is arranged above and below the valve body to check whether the valve seat leaks. In the work, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the pressure in the middle cavity is removed, the filler can be directly replaced; the middle cavity can be discharged. Retentate to reduce the contamination of the valve by the medium.

1. Double blocking and discharging function: The trunnion ball valve adopts a spring preloading floating valve seat. When the valve is in the fully open or fully closed state, the valve seat on the upstream and downstream sides blocks the fluid, and the retentate in the valve body is discharged through the discharge valve.

Automatic pressure relief function: When the valve body cavity stays in the medium temperature and causes abnormal pressure rise, it does not need to pass the safety valve, but the valve seat function can automatically release pressure, which ensures the safety of the valve when conveying liquid medium.
