Industrial gate valve
In the valve body is perpendicular to the flow direction of the medium, and the height of the gate plate is adjusted to the flow rate of the fluid. Gate valves are generally closed more slowly. It is generally used in the main control valve of the heating and water supply pipe. Ball valves have been widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, paper, atomic energy, aviation, rocket and other departments, as well as people's daily lives.
The industrial gate valve has the advantages of low resistance, tight closing, and no water hammer, and is widely used in various liquid and gas shut-off valves. It also has a certain adjustment function, but when it is partially opened, the shutter is easily wetted by the fluid, and when the fluid flows, it will cause the board to vibrate and the sealing surface is easy to wear.
The disadvantage of the gate valve is that the structure is complicated, the price is relatively expensive, and it is not easy to repair. The solid material in the valve seat groove is easy to deposit and is not tight.
Therefore, it is not suitable for pipes containing fibrous or solid materials in fluids. It is commonly used in the pipelines of air, steam and oil media, and also as a valve for vent valves and low-silk systems.
The gate valve is one of the commonly used shut-off industrial valves. It is mainly used to turn on or off the medium in the pipeline, and is not suitable for regulating the flow of the medium. The valve is suitable for a wide range of pressures, temperatures and calibers, especially for medium and large diameter pipes.
Use a core open sphere as the valve disc and rotate the ball control valve to open and close. Ball valves are used in petroleum refining, long-distance pipelines, chemical, paper, pharmaceutical, water conservancy, electric power, municipal, steel and other industries.
The ball valve has a simple structure, the ball valve is lighter in weight than the gate valve, the structure is relatively simple, and the overall weight is very light, so it can exert a good effect in the low temperature medium system; the sealing surface is easy to process, the sealing property is good, and the operation Convenient, fast switching, short start-up and shut-down times allow for rapid optimization of the test system and no impact during valve start-up and shut-down.However, it can not be used to adjust the flow rate. The stroke of the ball valve is a quarter stroke, so the installation space is small and the height is low.The stroke of the gate valve is a straight stroke, so the installation space is large and the height is high.
