The valve flap of the swing check valve rotates around the rotating shaft. Its fluid resistance is generally smaller than that of the lift check valve, which is suitable for larger diameter applications. According to the number of flaps, the swing check valves can be divided into three types: single flap swing type, double flap swing type and multi-disc swing type. Single-lobed swing check valves are generally suitable for medium caliber applications.
Installation and maintenance of the swing check valve:
First, installation and use
1 The extraction check valve is installed vertically on the horizontal pipe, and the use is generally in the fully open state.
2 Do the following work before installation
A. Remove the cover and foam board at both ends of the valve passage to clean the inner cavity and remove grease.
B peel off the oil paper on the surface of the valve flap to remove grease on the valve surface;
3 The flow direction of the media must be limited during installation.
4 The medium passing through the pipeline should not have hard particles to avoid damage to the sealing surface.
5 The valve is inspected and tested one by one before leaving the factory. The installation unit can be directly tested by pressure or installed.
1 The valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent moisture, rain and rust.
2 When the monthly transportation is carried out, the opening and closing parts should be in the closing device, and the following work should be done:
a The valve flap should be fixed in the open position
b The inner mouth of both ends of the path is blocked by foam board, and the port must be tightly closed with a squeaky cover to protect it from dust and rust, keep the channel clean and flatten the end surface;
c Appropriate packaging protection, shockproof and anti-collision;
d The valve should be placed in a stable position with the pneumatic drive facing up and not subject to each other.
3 Regularly check when standing for a long time. Every three months, check the dirt and rust on the two channels, the sealing surface, and the protection status of the welded joint. After wiping the dirt and rust, re-apply the anti-rust oil to protect it.
